Layout customizations and additional pages are not included in the Template Setup Service. However, we can use other sections from the template if those better suite your content and copy.

To get started you'll need:
Your branding (colour palette, fonts, and logo)
Your website copy
Your photos
Having everything prepared before your start date means we can make the most of every hour we have together.

We don't write website copy.
If you don't have copy ready, we'll keep the original template placeholder text in place for you to update once the project is complete.

Absolutely. We can install your chosen template directly onto your existing Squarespace website and set up a lock screen while the design work is underway so nothing is visible to your audience in the meantime.

Yes. Simply share your order details when you book and we'll deduct the cost of the template from your service fee.

No, we don’t require your login credentials.
If we are building the website on an existing website, you’ll grant us access by adding us as an administrator to your website. We'll send you clear, step-by-step instructions on how to do this after your purchase.
If we are building a new website, we’ll build it on our account, share access with you and complete the transfer when the project wraps.

Yes, you'll have full access to all tutorials and resources after your project is complete.
Our team will also create tutorials specifically for you at project hand off.

Yes. The full day is designed to work through multiple items on your list. If you're unsure how much can be covered in a single day, send us an email before booking and we'll give you an honest estimate.
Multiple days can also be booked for larger projects including full design refreshes, new page builds, and product or blog implementation.

You can book a half day or full day refresh depending on the scope of what you need. It's a straightforward way to pick things back up without committing to a full project.

Yes! We offer fully custom Squarespace website design. Projects start at $6,000 USD with an average timeline of around 4 weeks.
